The fast growing environment has made the competition among industries tougher. Consumer needs a higher quality product with the lower price. So that, it needs an integrated system of product and process design that also consider the quality aspect. In process design, quality means how precise that the tolerance of the dimension of the product is achieved by machining process. Many methods have been developed to make this purpose realized, such as feature recognition, process planning and tolerance evaluation. But, most of those methods were developed separately. This research developed a model that can generate the sequence of the process considering the manufacturing tolerance. The process sequence is determined by evaluating the feature tolerance. By evaluating the manufacturing tolerance through design and manufacturing datum, a greater tolerance range

is determined, so that it needs a less machine precision. And by using this model, it can generate the process sequence with the optimal manufacturing tolerance.
