Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis secara mendalam sejauhmana pengaruh komunikasi terapeutik yang diterapkan Perawat Rumah Sakit Advent Bandung untuk memenuhi Kepuasan Pelayanan Pasien Rawat Inap .Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantiatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data metode survei. Peneliti membagikan kuesioner kepada 75 responden dari 300 populasi. Teknik sampling menggunakan Stratified Random Sampling. Hasil Penelitian Fase Prainteraksi terhadap Kepuasan Pelayanan sebesar 47.1% dengan korelasi 0.687(kuat) dan signifikansi 8069 sehingga H1 diterima. Fase Orientasi terhadap Kepuasan Pelayanan sebesar 28.4% dengan korelasi 0.533(kuat) dan signifikansi 5379 sehingga H1 diterima. Fase Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Pelayanan sebesar 31.2% dengan korelasi 0.558(kuat) dan signifikansi 5752 sehingga H1 diterima. Fase Terminasi terhadap Kepuasan Pelayanan sebesar 36,6% dengan korelasi 0.687(kuat) dan signifikansi 6448 sehingga H1 diterima. Komunikasi Terapeutik terhadap Responsiveness sebesar 42% dengan korelasi 0.648(kuat) dan signifikansi 7264 sehingga H1 diterima. Komunikasi Terapeutik terhadap Tangibles sebesar 23.9% dengan korelasi 0.489(cukup) dan signifikansi 4785 sehingga H1 diterima. Komunikasi Terapeutik terhadap Reliability sebesar 44.5% dengan korelasi 0.667(kuat) dan signifikansi 7656 sehingga H1 diterima. Komunikasi Terapeutik terhadap Assurance sebesar 39% dengan korelasi 0.625(kuat) dan signifikansi 6823 sehingga H1 diterima. Komunikasi Terapeutik terhadap Empathy sebesar 22.3% dengan korelasi 0.687(kuat) dan signifikansi 4577 sehingga H1 diterima. Komunikasi Terapeutik terhadap Kepuasan Pelayanan sebesar 60.6% dengan korelasi 0.687(kuat) dan signifikansi 10606 sehingga H1 diterima. Kesimpulan Pengaruh Komunikasi Terapeutik Perawat Rumah Sakit Advent Bandung Terhadap Kepuasan Pelayanan Pasien Rawat Inap berpengaruh kuat, positif dan signifikan. Saran untuk Perawat Rumah Sakit Advent Bandung untuk meningkatkan pendidikan keperawatan terutama bagi Perawat dengan jenjang pendidikan Diploma 3.

The Purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of therapeutic communication applied by Nurse of Bandung Adventist Hospital towards service satisfaction felt by inpatients. This Research used quantitative research method with data collection technique using survey method. Research questionnaires distributed to 75 respondents from 300 Populations. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling from 300 population. Result Prainteraksi Phase toward Service Satisfaction equal to 47.1% with correlation 0,687 (strong) and significance 8069 so H1 accepted. The Orientation Phase toward Service Satisfaction is 28.4% with a correlation of 0.533 (strong) and significance of 5379 so that H1 is accepted. The Working Phase toward Service Satisfaction is 31.2% with a correlation of 0.558 (strong) and significance of 5752 so H1 is accepted. The termination phase toward service satisfaction is 36.6% with correlation of 0.687 (strong) and significance of 6448 so that H1 is accepted. Therapeutic Communication toward Responsiveness is 42% with correlation of 0.648 (strong) and significance of 7264 so that H1 is accepted. Therapeutic Communication toward Tangibles of 23.9% with a correlation of 0.489 (enough) and 4785 significance so that H1 is accepted. Therapeutic Communication toward Reliability is 44.5% with correlation of 0.667 (strong) and significance of 7656 so that H1 is accepted. Therapeutic Communication toward Assurance is 39% with correlation of 0.625 (strong) and significance of 6823 so that H1 is accepted. Therapeutic Communication toward Empathy is 22.3% with correlation of 0.687 (strong) and significance of 4577 so that H1 is accepted. Therapeutic Communication toward Service Satisfaction of 60.6% with correlation of 0.687 (strong) and significance of 10606 so that H1 is accepted. Conclusion Influence of Therapeutic Communication by Nurse of Bandung Adventist Hospital towards the Satisfaction Services felt by Inpatient have very strong influence, positive and significant. Advice to Nurse of Bandung Adventist Hospital is to improve nursing education standart, especially for Nurses with Diploma 3 Educatation level.
