PT. Sarana Sadaya (SS) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang asset, tour, dan travel. perusahaan ini beralamat di jalan Soekarno-Hatta No.550 Bandung, dalam proses bisnisnya PT SS memiliki beberapa client berbentuk perusahaan dan juga perorangan. Persaingan dalam dunia bisnis khususnya perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang asset, tour dan travel mendorong untuk melakukan suatu strategi pelayanan yang cepat terhadap pelanggan, dengan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui penilaian yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan.Permasalahan yang dihadapi PT SS pada saat ini adalah proses penilaian di PT Sarana Sadaya (SS) masih bersifat konvensional. Penilaian dilakukan berdasarkan dokumen penilaian pribadi pegawai berdasarkan dokumen performance appraisal yang nantinya diubah atau perbaharui untuk disesuaikan oleh atasan. Data yang mendukung untuk penilaian berdasarkan key performance appraisal belum tercatat dengan baik, serta lamanya menghasilkan laporan-laporan mengenai kinerja pegawainya. Proses perhitungan penilaiannya pun berjalan lambat dan sistem yang ada pun belum terintegrasi sehingga proses monitoring oleh atasan tidak berjalan dengan baik dan proses pemberian reward dan punishment menjadi terkendala. Dengan sistem pengukuran kinerja pegawai ini diharapkan dapat membantu mempermudah pengelolaan perolehan nilai kinerja pegawai. Kelebihan dari sistem pengukuran kinerja pegawai ini adalah dapat menyampaikan informasi langsung pada pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan setelah dilakukannya pengujian black box dan betha terhadap sistem yang telah dibuat. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil yaitu sistem penerapan pengukuran kinerja pegawai pada PT Sarana Sadaya Bandung ini dapat berjalan sesuai dengan tujuannya, yaitu mempermudah pengolahan data penilaian kinerja pegawai dan aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah pihak SDM untuk melakukan perhitungan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang akan mendapatkan reward atau punishment serta aplikasi ini mampu menghasilkan laporan terkait kinerja pegawai dengan cepat dan akurat.

PT. Sarana Sadaya (SS) is a company engaged in the field of asset, tour, and travel. the company is located at jalan Soekarno-Hatta No. 550 of Bandung, in the course of its business of PT SS has some form of client companies and also individuals. Competition in the business world in particular company engaged in asset, tour and travel push strategy to do a fast service to customers, by increasing employee performance through appraisal has been determined by the company.The problems facing PT SS at this time was the assessment process of PT Sarana Sadaya (SS) still conventional in nature. The assessment was conducted based on a personal assessment of the documents employees based on performance appraisal document to be altered or emended to customized by superiors. The Data support for assessment based on key performance appraisal has not recorded properly, as well as the length of generating reports regarding performance of officers. Calculation of assessment process was slow and existing systems were not yet integrated so that the monitoring process by the superiors did not go well and the giving of reward and punishment to be constrained. With employee performance measurement system is expected to help ease the management of the acquisition value of the employee's performance. The advantages of this employee's performance measurement system is able to deliver information directly on to the employees.Based on the results of research and testing done after the black box and the system against betha has created. The conclusion that can be drawn i.e. employee performance measurement implementation system on PT Sarana Sadaya Bandung can be run in accordance with its objectives, namely performance assessment data processing makes it easier for employees and this application can simplify the HUMAN RESOURCES to do the calculation of performance of employees who will get a reward or punishment as well as the application is capable of generating reports related to employee performance quickly and accurately.
