Di dalam persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk mengenali kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal untuk menjaga kelangsungan hidup perusahaan ke depan. Masalah fungsi bisnis perusahaan merupakan salah satu hasil identifikasi analisis internal. Selain itu berdasarkan analisis eksternal, salah satu yang menjadi ancaman adalah pesaing usaha. Menyikapi hal tersebut, perusahaan perlu melakukan analisis situasional perusahaan, seperti analisis SWOT, IFAS, EFAS, dan SFAS. Setelah itu adalah pemilihan strategi melalui formulasi dan implementasi strategi yang tepat bagi perusahaan. Formulasi strategi dilakukan dengan pemetaan strategi dan penentuan strategi perusahaan. Pada pemetaan strategi perusahaan menjelaskan strategi yang telah digunakan oleh perusahaan dari tiga tingkatan, baik strategi korporasi, strategi bisnis, maupun strategi fungsional yang digunakan. Metode analisis yang digunakan berdasarkan sumber data dari internal perusahaan. Untuk tahap penentuan alternatif strategi, analisis yang digunakan melalui pemetaan skor kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan dengan analisis Corporate Strategy dan TOWS Matrix. Kedua metode analisis tersebut digunakan untuk mendapatkan beberapa alternatif strategi. Melalui analisis Corporate Strategy, strategi terpilih adalah “horizontal Integration”, Sedangkan analisis TOWS Matrix mengajukan tiga alternatif strategi, yaitu strategi product development, market penetration, dan market development. Adapun implementasi strategi yang diajukan penulis yaitu strategi product development dengan pengembangan produk baru. Adapun program yang diajukan yaitu launching produk baru Ma’arif Garden, penguatan SDM yang berkualitas, dan melakukan edukasi terhadap pasar bahwa ada jasa baru yang ditawarkan oleh Ma’arif Garden.

In the increasingly tight business competition requires companies to identify internal and external environmental conditions to maintain the viability of the company into the future. The company's business function problems is one of the results of the identification of internal analysis. In addition, based on an external analysis, one of the threats is a business competitor. Addressing this, companies need to do an analysis of circumstantial companies, such as SWOT analysis, IFAS, EFAS, and SFAS. Once it was the election of strategies through the formulation and implementation of appropriate strategies for the company. Strategy formulation is done by mapping strategies and determining corporate strategy. On the mapping of corporate strategy explains the strategies that have been used by the company of the three levels, like corporate strategy, business strategy, as well as functional strategies used. Methods of analysis used from the data source of the internal company.For an alternate determination phase of the strategy, the analysis used by the mapping based on the internal and external conditions of companies with Corporate Strategy and analysis of the TOWS Matrix. Both of these methods of analysis are used to get a couple of alternative strategies. Through the analysis of Corporate Strategy, the strategy chosen was "horizontal Integration", whereas the analysis TOWS Matrix proposed three alternative strategies, like the strategy of product development, market penetration and market development. As for the implementation of the proposed strategy of the author is product development strategy with the develop a new products of Ma’arif Garden. The programs are the launching of new products, develop a quality of human resource management, and market education that there is a new service offered by Ma'arif Garden.
