Inovasi mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif organisasi perusahaan menjadi lebih baik. Inovasi dalam perusahaan dapat berasal dari pengetahuan yang dimiliki para karyawan. Pengetahuan (knowledge) sendiri dapat terdiri dari dua bentuk yaitu pegetahuan yang bersifat personal atau tacit knowledge dan pengetahuan yang bersifat terdokumentasikan atau explicit knowledge. Pengelolaan pengetahuan dapat dilakukan dengan berbagi pengetahuan diantaranya dengan berbagi pengetahuan tacit (sharing tacit knowledge) dan bebagi pengetahuan eksplisit (sharing explicit knowledge). Dengan adanya sharing tacit knowledge dan sharing explicit knowledge, pengetahuan dapat disebarluaskan dan dimanfaatkan oleh karyawan. Sehingga dapat menambah keterampilan kerja dan kemampuan inovasi karyawan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalasis dan mengetahui (1) sharing tacit knowledge, sharing explicit knowledge dan inovasi (2) hubungan sharing tacit knowledge dan sharing explicit knowledge (3) pengaruh sharing tacit knowledge terhadap inovasi (4) pengaruh sharing explicit knowledge terhadap inovasi (5) pengaruh sharing tacit knowledge dan sharing explicit knowledge terhadap inovasi karyawan P.T.Swamedia Informatika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metoda survey deskriptif dan survey eksplanatori. Untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian digunakan alat uji analisis jalur (path analysis). Sedangkan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan program perangkat lunak SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 17. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa sharing tacit knowledge dan sharing explicit knowledge sudah berjalan dengan baik pada P.T.Swamedia Informatika. Hasil hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa inovasi sudah berjalan dengan baik pada P.T.Swamedi Informatika. Hasil hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan, sharing tacit knowledge dan sharing explicit knowledge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi karyawan pada P.T.Swamedia Informatika. Jadi sharing tacit knowledge, sharing explicit knowledge dan inovasi saling berhubungan. Hal ini harus menjadi perhatian karena terdapat hubungan yang saling mempengaruhi antara ketiganya. Sharing tacit knowledge dan sharing explicit knowledge dapat meningkatkan inovasi karyawan. Sehingga, pengembangan sharing tacit knowledge dan sharing explicit knowledge dapat meningkatkan inovasi karyawan.

Innovation plays an important role in improving the performance and increase competitive advantage for the better organization of the company. Innovation in a company can be derived from knowledge of the employees. Knowledge, itself can consist of two forms of knowledge that are personal or tacit knowledge and knowledge that is documented or explicit knowledge. Knowledge management needs to be run so that employees can take advantage of existing knowledge. Knowledge management can be done by sharing such knowledge with tacit knowledge sharing and explicit knowledge sharing. Sharing of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge sharing, knowledge can be disseminated and utilized by employee, thus increasing job skills and innovation abilities of employees. The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine (1) tacit knowledge sharing, explicit knowledge sharing and innovation (2) the relationship between tacit knowledge sharing and explicit knowledge sharing (3) the effect of tacit knowledge sharing on innovation (4) the effect of explicit knowledge sharing on innovation (5) the effect of tacit knowledge sharing and explicit knowledge sharing of the employee innovation at P.T.Swamedia Informatika. The research method was a descriptive survey and explanatory survey method. Path analysis used to test the research hypothesis as a testing tool. Whereas for data processing using the software program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 17. The first hypothesis testing results show that the sharing of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge sharing has been running well on P.T. Swamedia Informatika. The results of the second hypothesis indicates that innovation has been running well on P.T. Swamedia Informatika. The results of the third hypothesis indicates that either partially or simultaneously, sharing tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge sharing positive and significant effect on innovation employees on P.T. Swamedia Informatika. So sharing tacit knowledge, explicit knowledge sharing and innovation are interconnected. This should be a concern because there is a relationship of mutual influence. Sharing tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge sharing can increase employee innovation. Thus, the development of sharing tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge sharing can increase employee innovation.
