Kinerja karyawan di PT. Techno Multi Utama masih belum optimal. Hal ini dapat dipengaruhi dari fungsi – fungsi manajemen seperti personal knowledge, job procedure dan technology. Ketiga hal tersebut belum dimaksimalkan oleh perusahaan karena sebagian karyawan masih belum memahami job procedure yang sudah diterapkan serta belum mamanfaatkan fasilitas intranet untuk menunjang pekerjaan. Selain itu, interaksi antar karyawan yang belum terjalin dengan baik, sehingga mengakibatkan kinerja karyawan yang belum optimal. Oleh karena itu agar kinerja karyawan meningkat maka perusahaan dapat menerapkan knowledge management. Metode pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh atau sensus yang terdiri dari 50 responden. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif yang terdiri dari analisis regresi linier berganda. Analisis korelasi dan koefisien determinasi yang digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh personal knowledge, job procedure dan technology terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa personal knowledge, job procedure dan technology terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial lebih berpengaruh dibandingkan pengaruh secara simultan. Pengaruh personal knowledge dipengaruhi oleh ide, job procedure dipengaruhi oleh ekspektasi, sedangkan technology dipengaruhi oleh pemakaian intranet. Hasil penelitian juga menyimpulkan bahwa job procedure lebih berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dibandingkan dengan personal knowledge dan technology di PT. Techno Multi Utama.

Performance of employees at PT. Techno Multi Utama is still not optimal. This can be effected from the functions – such as personal knowledge management functions, job procedure and technology. These three things are not maximized by the company because most employees still don't understand the job procedure already applied and have yet to make the intranet facility to support the work of the. In addition, interactions between employees who have not been entwined with good performance, resulting in employees who are not optimal. Therefore, in order to increase employee performance then the company can apply knowledge management. Sample taking methods used are saturated or the Census sampling consists of 50 respondents. Methods of analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis and analysis of verifikatif consisting of multiple linear regression analysis. Analysis of the correlation and coefficient of determination used to measure the influence of personal knowledge, job procedure and technology on performance of employees. Results of the study concluded that personal knowledge, job procedure and technology on performance of employees partially more influential than the influence of simultaneous. The influence of personal knowledge is influenced by ideas, job procedure affected by expectations, while technology is influenced by the use of intranet. The research also concluded that the job procedure more influence on employee performance compared with personal knowledge and technology in PT. Techno Multi Utama.
