Proses untuk menjamin agar kelestarian lingkungan tetap terjaga maka BPLHD membuat program uji emisi gas industri perusahaan, Teknik dalam proses monitoring dilakukan dengan cara memeriksa data berdasarkan detil status plaksanaan hasil uji emisi dan dari proses monitoring akan menghasilkan laporan dan menjadi rekapitulasi hasil rekapitulasi tersebut akan dievaluasi sebagai tindakan penanggulangan pelaksanaan hasil uji emisi, dari data evaluasi tersebut kemudian akan menjadi rekapitulasi laporan data di setiap tahun. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam pembangunan sistem ini adalah berdasarkan metode analisis terstruktur, dimana tools yang digunakan untuk memodelkan aliran data adalah DFD (Data Flow Diagram), diagram untuk memodelkan relasi antar data adalah diagram E-R.Sistem ini mempunyai kelebihan, yaitu aplikasi dapat memudahkan dalam proses pengolahan dan pembuatan laporan data hasil uji emisi kepada sub bidang pengendalian dan pencemaran, Sistem Pemantauan Hasil Uji Emisi mempermudah pihak kepala bidang dalam mengevaluasi data hasil uji emisi. serta aplikasi mampu mendeteksi jika salah satu perusahaan nilai polutanya melebihi standar.

Currently, environmental issues need to get attention from the local government, especially in the form of management and control of environmental pollution. This is because as long as there have been environmental pollution was pencenaran water, soil air with excess capacity pollutants from industrial activities across the company, especially in West Java issued daily pollutants as a byproduct of the process - an industrial process and it needs to be taken seriously to prevent pollution pollutants that exceed the standard limit. Process to ensure that environmental sustainability is maintained then BPLHD make emissions testing program industry companies, Techniques in the process of monitoring is done by checking the status plaksanaan detailed data based on the results of the emissions testing and monitoring process will produce a report and be a recapitulation recapitulation will be evaluated as implementing countermeasures emission test results, the evaluation of the data will then be a recapitulation of the data reported in each year. The method of analysis used in the construction of this system is based on a structured analysis method, where the tools are used to model the flow of data is DFD (Data Flow Diagram), diagram to model the relationships among the data is ER diagram. This system has the advantage, that the application can facilitate the process of data processing and reporting of test results to the sub-field emission and pollution control, Emissions Monitoring System Test Results facilitate the head of the field in the data evaluating the results of emission testing. and the application is able to detect if one of the company exceeds the value polutanya standard.
