Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi Human Resources Development (HRD) PT. SUCOFINDO (Persero) Bandung melalui program Pendidikan dan Pelatiahan (DIKLAT) Change Management. Untuk menjabarkan fokus penelitian, maka peneliti membagi masalah mikro yaitu, perencanaan, tujuan, bentuk pesan, kegiatan dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan Metode Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, studi pustaka, internet searching, dan dokumentasi. Untuk teknik analisis data yang digunakan, antara lain data collection, data reduction, data display, dan data conclusion drawing (Verification). Peneliti memilih informan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Human Resources Development dan Branch Manager di PT. SUCOFINDO (Persero) Bandung sebagain informan utama. Dan informan pendukung nya adalah dari Kepala bagian Dukungan Bisnis dan Kepala bagian Dibidang Inspeksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa Perencanaan yang dilakukan Human Resource Development bekerja sama dengan manager dalam menentukan target sasaran dari program ini dan apa saja yang harus dilakukan saat akan menyelenggarakan DIKLAT Change Management melalui Training Need Analysis. Pesan yang disampaikan Human Resources Development dalam program ini antaranya menjelaskan motivating Change, Creating a Vision, Developing Political Support,Managing the Transition, dan Sustanining Momentum. Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh Human Resources Development untuk mendapat pehamahan dan efek bagi peserta yang mengikutinya mengenai program yang dilaksanakan dan memotivasi mindset untuk perubahan. Evaluasi program yang dilakukan setelah melaksanaan program adalah, dengan melakukan rapat dan melihat hasil Communities of Parctice (COP) dari peserta. Peneliti mengambil kesimpulan, bahwa strategi yang dilakukan Human Resources Development (HRD) PT. SUCOFINDO (Persero) Bandung berjalan dengan baik karena dipilih program DIKLAT Change Management dalam meningkatkan prestasi karyawan.

Description Alternative :

The purpose of this research was to know the strategy communication of Human Resources Development (HRD) PT. SUCOFINDO (Persero) Bandung through Education and Training program in Change Management. To describe the focus of research, the researchers divide micro problems i.e, planning, aim, the form of messages, activities and evaluation. This research was a qualitative research by applying Descriptive Method. The collection data techniques were interviews, literature study, internet searching, and documentation. which were used were data collection, data reduction, data display, and data conclusion drawing (Verification). The researcher chosen the research informants by using purposive sampling technique. The subjects in this research were Human Resources Development and Branch Manager at PT. SUCOFINDO (Persero) Bandung as the main informant. And his supporting informants are from the Head of Business Support and Head of Division of Inspection. Based on the results of research, the results obtained research that Planning conducted Human Resource Development work with managers in determining the target targets of this program and what should be done when will conduct the Education and Training Change Management Through Training Need Analysis. The message form delivered by Human Resources Development in this program include explaining motivating Change, Creating a Vision, Developing Political Support, Managing the Transition, and Sustanining Momentum. Activities organized by Human Resources Development to get a peerage and effect for participants who followed about the program being implemented and motivate the mindset for change. Evaluation of the program conducted after the implementation of the program is, by meeting and viewing the results of Communities of Parctice (COP) from the participants. The researchers conclude, that the strategy undertaken Human Resources Development (HRD) PT. SUCOFINDO (Persero) Bandung runs well because selected program DIKLAT Change Management in improving employes
