Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan Public Relations Hotel Panghegar Bandung dalam mempromosikan Grand Royal Panghegar kepada pelanggannya dan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai kegiatan yang dilakukan, pesan yang disampaikan dan media yang digunakan oleh Public Relations Hotel Panghegar Bandung.









Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Guna melengkapi data dari penelitian ini, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini mengambil populasi yaitu Public Relations Hotel Panghegar Bandung yang berjumlah 1 (satu) orang. Adapun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dimana keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel.









Bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Public Relations Hotel Panghegar Bandung dalam mempromosikan Grand Royal Panghegar kepada pelanggannya yaitu event sedangkan kegiatan lainnya hanya memberikan informasi yaitu in house promotion, membuat press release, advertorial, dan acara/kegiatan yang diadakan oleh Public Relations Hotel Panghegar yaitu gathering atau talkshow. Media yang digunakan adalah media cetak dan media elektronik seperti radio dan televisi. Pesan yang digunakan berupa informatif dan persuasif.









Kesimpulan dari penelitian Peranan Public Relations Hotel Panghegar Bandung dalam mempromosikan Grand Royal Panghegar kepada pelanggannya sudah baik dalam mempromosikan Grand Royal Panghegar.









Saran bagi Public Relations Hotel Panghegar Bandung adalah Menambah kegiatan-kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pemilik Grand Royal Panghegar, seperti gathering, tour wisata serta meningkatkan lagi fasilitas verifikasi guna mendukung segala kegiatan yang ada untuk lebih mempererat hubungan dengan publik eksternal dan pulik internal.

Intention of this research paper is to know how role of Public Relations Hotel Panghegar Bandung to promoted the Grand Royal Panghegar to the customer and for the description of to regarding the activities of Public Relations Hotel Panghegar Bandung that have been done, the message that been used and also the media that been used.









In this research has used descriptive method. As for utilizing to equip the data from this research, used the data collecting technique of like interview, and study literature. The population in this research took the Public Relations of Hotel Panghegar Bandung amounting to one people. As for technique sample used in this research is technique of total sampling where all population in selected.









Form the activity conducted by Public Relations of Hotel Panghegar Bandung to promoted the Grand Royal Panghegar to the customer that is event, while other activities only like give information or in house promotion, make press release, advertorial, and another activities like gathering or talk show which is performed by Public Relations of Hotel Panghegar Bandung. The Media that used is media print and electronic media, like radio and television. The Message that used by in the form of informative and persuasive.









Conclusion with research that role of Public Relations Hotel Panghegar Bandung to promoted Grand Royal Panghegar to the customer has made the good promoted of Grand Royal Panghegar.









Suggestion to Public Relations of Hotel Panghegar Bandung are add the activities that concern to the owner Grand Royal Panghegar, like gathering, tours and to increase verification facility it use to covered all the activities that exist to more closed with the relationship external public and internal public.
