Sistem Informasi Customer Relationship Management Rumah Sakit Santo
Borromeus merupakan aplikasi untuk mengolah data data yang berhubungan
dengan promosi, pemasaran dan kerja sama antara Rumah Sakit Santo Borromeus
dengan pihak Kontraktor. Belum optimalnya pengolahan data kerjasama dengan
pihak kontraktor di bagian Marketing RS Borromeus menyebabkan pencarian
informasi mengenai Kontraktor, menjadi lebih lama sehingga menghambat proses
promosi dan pemasaran . Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu aplikasi yang bias
mendukung dan memecahkan masalah tersebut.
Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis bermaksud menyususn tugas akhir
dengan mengambil judul “Sistem Informasi Customer Relationship Management
Di Rumah Sakit Santo Borromeus”. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data adalah
obserasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka, sedangkan tahap pengembangan sistem
menggunakan metode waterfall.
Penulis berharap agar aplikasi ini dapat membantu bagian Marketing di Rumah
Sakit Santo Borromeus dalam memproses pengolahan promosi dan pemasaran
kepada pihak Kontraktor, baik dari penginputan data, pencarian data, penjadwalan
perjanjian kerjasama. Penulis juga berharap supaya aplikasi yang dapat dibuat ini
dapat meningkatkan kinerja dari bagian Marketing yang menggunakan aplikasi
ini.

Customer Relationship Management Information System St. Borromeus
Hospital is an application to process data related to the promotion, marketing
and cooperation between the St. Borromeus Hospital with the Contractor. Data
processing is not optimum cooperation with the contractor at the Marketing
division of Borromeus Hospital, cause search of information about the contractor,
take a bit longer so that hamper the process of promotion and marketing.
Therefore it need an application that can support and solve the problem.
Based on these problems the author intends arrange final by taking the title of
"Customer Relationship Management Information Systems St. Borromeus
Hospital". The technique is observation data collection, interview and library
research, while the phase of system development using waterfall method.
The author hopes that this application can assist the Marketing in the Hospital
of St. Borromeus in the process of processing and marketing campaign to the
Contractor, either from the input data, search data, scheduling agreements. The
authors also hope that these applications can be made to improve the
performance of the Marketing are using this application.
