Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi guru SLB PUSSPA Suryakanti Bandung melalui metode Floor Time dalam mengembangkan potensi siswa. Untuk menjawab penelitian tersebut, diangkat sub fokus proses komunikasi dan hambatan komunikasi untuk menganalisa fokus penelitian yaitu pola komunikasi guru SLB PUSSPA Suryakanti Bandung melelalui metode Floor Time dalam mengembangkan potensi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan design penelitian deskriptif, subjek penelitian adalah guru SLB PUSSPA Suryakanti Bandung dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh informan sebanyak 3 orang, dan informan pendukung sebanyak 3 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: studi pustaka, penelusuran data online, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data dengan mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data, menarik kesimpulan dan evaluasi. Uji keabsahan data yang dilakukan adalah triangulasi, diskusi dengan teman sejawat dan membercheck. Hasil penelitian: 1) Proses Komunikasi Guru melalui metode Floor Time yaitu proses komunikasi primer dan sekunder, proses komunikasi primer yaitu proses belajar mengajar dan bahasa isyarat serta gestur. 2) Hambatan Komunikasi Guru melalui metode Floor Time yaitu hambatan proses pengiriman pesan, proses penerimaan pesan dan penggunaan media bermain. 3) Pola Komunikasi Guru melalui metode Floor Time yaitu proses komunikasi, proses komunikasi primer dan sekunder, hambatan komunikasi yaitu proses pengiriman pesan dan penerimaan pesan serta penggunaan media bermain. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi guru SLB PUSSPA Suryakanti Bandung yaitu proses komunikasi primer dan sekunder, dan Hambatan komunikasi Guru melalui metode Floor Time yaitu proses pengiriman pesan, proses penerimaan pesan dan penggunaan media bermain. Saran untuk guru SLB PUSSPA Suryakanti Bandung saat proses belajar mengajar melalui metode Floor Time yaitu membuat kerajinan tangan menggunakan kertas lipat dengan keinginan siswa masing-masing, guru hanya memberikan arahan dan masukan, tujuannya agar guru dan siswa bisa dan mencoba suatu media bermain baru.

Description Alternative :

The purpose of this study was to determine the communication pattern teacher SLB PUSSPA Suryakanti Bandung through Floor Time method in developing students' potential. To answer the study, the focus was appointed sub communication process and communication barriers to analyze the research focus is the communication pattern teacher SLB PUSSPA Suryakanti Bandung through Floor Time method in developing students' potential. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research design, the research subjects were teachers SLB PUSSPA Suryakanti Bandung using purposive sampling technique was obtained informants were 3 people, and supporting as many as 3 people informant. Data collection techniques used are: literature, online data searches, interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques to collect data, reducing the data, presenting data, draw conclusions and evaluation. Test the validity of the data is done is triangulation, discussions with colleagues and membercheck. Result: 1) The Communication Process Master through methods Floor Time is the primary and secondary communication process, the primary communication process is the process of teaching and learning sign language and gestures. 2) Communication Barriers Floor Time Master through methods that barriers to the process of sending a message, the process of receiving messages and the use of media play. 3) Teachers Communication Patterns through methods Floor Time is the communication process, the process of primary and secondary communication, communication barriers is the process of sending messages and receiving messages and the use of media play. Conclusions This study shows that the communication pattern teacher SLB PUSSPA Suryakanti Bandung, namely primary and secondary communication processes, and communication barriers through methods Floor Time Master is the process of sending a message, the process of receiving messages and the use of media play. Suggestions for special-ed teacher PUSSPA Suryakanti Bandung during the learning process through the method of Floor Time is to make crafts using paper folding with the wishes of each student, the teacher only provide guidance and feedback, the goal that teachers and students can and try a new play media.
