Hasil penelitian dan analisis ditemukan bahwa bauran pemasaran dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh ekuitas merek, kemudian ekuitas merek secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Bauran pemasaran berpengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui ekuitas merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Research and analysis are found that marketing mix are influenced in positive and significant by brand equity. Brand equity in positive and significant influence customer loyality. Marketing mix had an effect on directly and alsi indirectly pass by brand equity to customer loyality.
