Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh Efektivitas Etika Bisnis PT. Telkom di Kandatel Bandung Terhadap Pembentukan Sikap Kerja Positif Karyawannya. Oleh karena itu peneliti melakukan analisis terhadap isi pesan, penerapan, perasaan keterlibatan, penerimaan dan penyelesaian pekerjaan, kebutuhan untuk saling tergantung, kepatuhan, dan penampilan akan pekerjaan karyawannya.






Tipe penelitian adalah Kuantitatif, metode penelitian adalah Metode Penelitian Survey dengan Teknik Analisis Deskriptif. Unit sampling adalah karyawan PT. Telkom Kandatel Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan internet searching, dengan teknik analisa data adalah Koefisien Rank Spearman.






Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh isi pesan etika bisnis terhadap pembentukan sikap kerja positif karyawannya sebesar 47,33%. Terdapat pengaruh penerapan etika bisnis terhadap pembentukan sikap kerja positif karyawannya sebesar 39,19%. Terdapat pengaruh efektivitas etika bisnis terhadap perasaan keterlibatan karyawannya sebesar 39,19%. Terdapat pengaruh efektivitas etika bisnis terhadap penerimaan dan penyelesaian pekerjaan karyawannya sebesar 46,10%. Terdapat pengaruh efektivitas etika bisnis terhadap kebutuhan untuk saling tergantung karyawannya sebesar 42,12%. Terdapat pengaruh efektivitas etika bisnis terhadap kepatuhan karyawannya sebesar 31,92%. Terdapat pengaruh efektivitas etika bisnis terhadap penampilan akan pekerjaan karyawannya sebesar 26,94%.






Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh efektivitas etika bisnis PT. Telkom di Kandatel Bandung terhadap pembentukan sikap kerja positif karyawannya sebesar 47,75% dengan korelasi sebesar 0,691 dan memiliki hubungan yang cukup berarti, searah serta signifikan.






Saran peneliti untuk PT. Telkom Kandatel Bandung yaitu sebaiknya untuk penerapan Etika Bisnis melalui kegiatan Silaturahmi Patriot 135 yang sebelumnya hanya dilakukan dalam masing-masing unit kerja, bisa dilakukan oleh seluruh unit kerja secara bersama-sama agar kerjasama dan hubungan antar unit kerja bisa lebih terjalin serta lebih banyak informasi yang didapat oleh para karyawan.

The aims of this research was to found out how far did the impact of The Effectiveness of the PT. Telkom Kandatel Bandung Business Ethics towards the Formation of The Employees’ Positive Working Attitude. Thus, researcher analyzed message content, application, feeling of involvement, acceptance and job accomplishment, the needs for mutual tendency, obedience, and employees’ working performances.






The type of this research is Quantitative, whereas the method applied is Survey Research using Descriptive Analysis Technique. The sampling unit is the employees of the PT. Telkom Kandatel Bandung. The data was taken through the questionnaires, interviews, literature studies, and internet browsing, whereas the data analyzing technique employed is Rank Spearman Coefficient.






The result of this research showed that there was impact from message content of the PT. Telkom Kandatel Bandung business ethics towards the formation of the employees’ positive working attitude about 47,33%. There was impact from the application of the PT. Telkom Kandatel Bandung business ethics towards the formation of the employees’ positive working attitude about 39,19%. There was impact from the effectiveness of the PT. Telkom Kandatel Bandung business ethics toward the employees’ feeling of involvement about 39,19%. There was impact from the effectiveness of the PT. Telkom Kandatel Bandung business ethics towards the employees’ acceptance and job accomplishment about 46,10%. There was impact from the effectiveness of the PT. Telkom Kandatel Bandung business ethics towards the employees’ needs for mutual tendency about 42,12%. There was impact from the effectiveness of the PT. Telkom Kandatel Bandung business ethics towards the employees’ obedience about 31,92%. There was impact from the effectiveness of the PT. Telkom Kandatel Bandung business ethics towards the employees’ working performances about 26,94%.






The research concluded that there was impact from The Effectiveness of the PT. Telkom Kandatel Bandung Business Ethics towards the Formation of The Employees’ Positive Working Attitude about 47,75% with correlation amount 0,691 and it has quite well, continuous, and significant.






Researcher suggested for PT. Telkom Kandatel Bandung, it is good for the applications of Telkom Business Ethics by “Silaturahmi Patriot 135” activity which is formerly do only at each unit, can be do by whole unit together so it built a teamwork and relationship between unit and employees’ could more involved and also could get more informations.
