Year 2004 PT. PLN ( persero) is emboldening Program Campaign Theft of Electrics to be is regional of Bandung. The Program conducted by one the division of PT. PLN that is division of Public Relations. This Matter is done to take care of the continuity of resources electrics to client of society, though represent PLN responsibility as distributor BUMN resources of electrics but remain to cannot get out of support, society member participation and involvement giving contribution which is very mean to PLN. In This program required by role a Public Relations utilize to compile strategy for the efficacy of campaign program.




Its purposes and objectives is to know what medias is just which used by relations public, form of communication, used campaign technique, society respon to given message and to know of relation how long between strategy of public relations with efficacy of campaign theft of electrics. In this research of method the used korelasional that is method used to check variation of how long at one factor relate to variation of other factor. Existing file obtained from result of interview, bibliography and enquette. this Research population is society of Cisitu Baru and taken sampel counted 30 KK.




Result of got research indicate that efficacy of emboldened to be campaign program to be supported by some factor among others form of communication, communications technique, communications method and also amount and time usage of media. Besides also result of correlation the obtained relation among strategy of Public Relations with campaign equal to its 0,6 meaning if Strategy of Public effective Relations / goodness hence campaign theft of electrics also goodness.




Conclusion the taken is media which used in Strategy of Public Relations is electronic media, can be proved at tables 4.5 and 4.18 showing percentage value equal to 54,8% and 56,7% and can be concluded by usage of media have good enough but require to be improved again by adding usage of other media amount.




Suggestion the given Public Relations PT. PLN have to be more improve Strategy of Public Its to reach efficacy of campaign program theft of electrics.
