The research is aimed to know how the effectivity of “Sejenak Bersama PT. Pos Indonesia” by Public Relations Bandung Post Office to visitors interest in using PT. Pos Indonesia service. The research consist of some indicators such as credibility, message content, internal and external factors from visitors in influencing their interest in using PT. Pos Indonesia service.


This research used qualitative. The method of this research is descriptive. The sample of population were visitors Bandung Post Office on Thursday in second and third week in June (78 people).The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The data collecting technique were interview, questionnaires and literature study.


The result of this research indicated that Public Relations Bandung Post Office has good credibility and he delivered message clearly, attractively and completely. And also internal and external factors from visitors in this activity influenced their interest in using this service. In other words, this activity effective to interest visitors in using this service.


In conclusion, researcher suggest that the company should give more attention in terms of location and equipment management. In general, researcher suggest Pt. Pos Indonesia should sosialize information about this company through various media, so that it will influence increasing using this company service.
